〇Customization
Chains for pendants and bracelets are available in different lengths. If you prefer a custom length chain , please contact us before placing an order.
〇Care Guide
- Jewelry products are highly delicate. Please handle with the utmost care.
- Do not wear your jewelries when sleeping, participating in sporting activities, doing housework, taking bath/shower, etc. to avoid unexpected accidents and resulting injuries.
- Please keep all your jewelries in specially-designed jewelry cases.
- Please keep all your jewelries away from high temperature/humidity and direct sunlight.
- Always wipe off oily substances and dirt using soft cloth after each use.
- Make sure to take off all your jewelries when using cosmetics and hand creams that contain oil.
〇Cancellation/Return Policies
Cancellation request must be made within 24 hours of receiving the product.
For damaged goods we will make necessary repairs or replace them with new ones within 3 days.
〇Payment
Full payment is required at the time of ordering. We accept most major credit cards.
〇Delivery Date
All Yuri Sato jewelries are made from scratch upon receiving the order at our NY studio so please allow at least a month for the delivery.
Once your order is placed, you will receive a notification by email regarding the job completion date.
〇Shipping/International Shipping
We will ship anywhere in the world from our NY studio via Fedex, UPS or USPS. For shipping & handling fees and other information, please see below. You will receive a tracking number via E-mail after your order is shipped.
Shipping to continental U.S.
There is a flat rate of $15 per order (not per item). Free shipping for orders of $400/more by Fedex or UPS. 3 -5 business days.
Shipping to Alaska or Hawaii
There is a flat rate of $15 per order (not per item). Free shipping for orders of $400/more by USPS.
